Research On The Leading Role Of The Village Party Branch In The Development Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives

The existence and development of Farmers' professional cooperatives play an important role in promoting China's rural economic development,as mentioned in the 2020 central government document No.1,with emphasis on fostering new types of agricultural operators,such as Farmers' specialized cooperatives,integrating scattered farmers into the agricultural industrial chain.From the perspective of leadership theory,this paper studies the leading role of village party branches in the development of Farmers' professional cooperatives by combining theoretical analysis with case analysis.First of all,on the basis of literature research,this paper annotates the theories related to the development of Farmers' professional cooperatives,involving the Path-Goal Theory,Contingency Theory,Situational Leadership,Transformational Leadership,etc.,based on the theoretical analysis of the role of the village party branch in the development of Farmers' professional cooperatives,the paper emphasizes that the political advantages of the village party branch and the economic advantages of Farmers' professional cooperation should complement each other,in the process of promoting the construction and development of Farmers' professional cooperatives,the basic leadership path of the village Party branch includes guidance,supervision and support,etc.,mainly following the analysis logic of the "Path-Goal" theory in the leadership theory,through the analysis of the task situation,the characteristics of the farmers,and the behavior of the leaders,this paper expounds the leading role of the village party branch in the development of the farmers professional cooperatives,it also analyzes the existing problems: the analysis of the maturity of the farmers(subordinate)participating in the specialized cooperatives is not accurate enough,the estimation of the task difficulty of developing the specialized cooperatives of farmers is not accurate,and the village party branch leading the specialized cooperatives of farmers at a certain stage has certain limitations.Finally,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to give full play to the leading role of the village party branch in the development of farmers' professional cooperatives,including improving the maturity of the subordinates,improving the ability of investigating and carrying out the target and tasks,and improving the comprehensive efficiency of the leaders.
