the strategic support to realize the great rejuvenation of the chinese nation.College teachers are the core subject and key force to promote scientific and technological progress and social development.Giving full play to the role of teachers’ party branches as battle fortresses to condense and maximize their effectiveness is of great value to enhance China’s comprehensive national strength,competitiveness and influence.In reality,some college teachers’ party branches are facing the challenge of impure thinking,impure organization and impure style.These problems and phenomena need to be seriously considered and solved.It can be seen that strengthening and improving the construction of university teachers’ party branches is of great political,theoretical,historical and practical significance,which is more urgent and urgent.The first chapter mainly explains the related concepts,basic theories,responsibilities,basic functions,internal characteristics and important formed a series of valuable experience in the overall layout,system construction,selection and allocation of branch secretary,and entered a period of deep innovation and development.Of course,there are also some areas that need to be improved in the construction of teachers’ party branches.Through selecting some representative colleges and universities for network questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,4633 effective questionnaires and 8 interview results with different core views were obtained.Through data mining and analysis,it was found that the main problems in the construction of teachers’ party branches at present are that the standardization and normalization level of some branches’ construction is not high,which is mainly reflected in three aspects: organizational strength needs to be strengthened,daily construction needs to be strengthened,and conditions need to be strengthened.There are many factors that cause these problems,mainly including seven major reasons: the lagging recognition of the importance of branch construction,the weakness in the system design of restricting and standardizing the branch,the defects in the institutional framework of coordinating the construction and development of the branch,the unsatisfactory content of the organizational life of the education management branch,the ineffective measures for the construction of the organizational culture of the long-term conservation branch,the imperfect evaluation connotation of the effective incentive branch,and the relatively insufficient supply of resources needed to ensure the development of the branch.The fourth chapter focuses on the bottleneck of the problem,deeply explores and clarifies the internal logic of the party branch construction of teachers in colleges and universities,and points out the specific reference for further strengthening and improving the party branch construction of teachers in colleges and universities.The party branch construction of college teachers in the new era is a systematic scientific project integrating historical logic,theoretical logic and realistic logic.System construction,system mechanism construction,carrier mode construction,assessment and evaluation construction and condition guarantee construction are important contents to break the bottleneck of party branch construction of
