Study On The Construction Of College Student Party Branch Under The Background Of Comprehensively And Strictly Governing The Party

Since the 18th National Congress of the Party,the Central Committee of the Party has steadfastly promoted the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party,creating a new situation for Party building.At the same time,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party should be implemented in every branch and every party member,promote the extension to continuously grassroots level,and establish the vanguard image of Party members.The primary party organizations in colleges and universities are an important part of the primary party organizations and a battle fortress for the party to guide the work of scientific research,education,management and service in colleges and universities.A nation will prosper only when its young people thrive.The Student Party Branch is an important link between the Party and the young students.It is the most direct and effective subject for the education and management of student Party members.It bears the responsibility of putting the Party's line and policy into practice in schools and among the students.Under the current new situation,the research on the construction of party branches for college students is not only beneficial to the improvement of the party's system in daily work,but also beneficial to the improvement of the quality of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,and to help student party members establish a correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.This paper takes the comprehensive and strict party governance as the background,on the theoretical basis of the theories of Marx,Engels,Lenin and the CPC's grass-roots party organization,bases on the analysis of the basic situation of the party branch construction of college students in Shaanxi province,to compare the similarities and differences between college student party branch and other grassroots party organizations.By means of literature research and investigation,combining with my specific situation in student work,by studying the achievements,problems and causes of the party branch construction of college students at the present stage,combining with the general requirements of party building in the new era and the characteristics of the student party branch,then put forward countermeasures from political construction,ideological construction,organizational construction,style construction,discipline construction and system construction.Thus realizes the student party branch to educate the student in the organization the function.The innovation of this paper is embodied in the following aspects:based on the background of the comprehensive and strict administration of the party,in the critical period of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,combining with the new requirements of the new era,following the law of ideological and political education and the law of students' growth and development,combining organizational construction with educational guidance,through the daily work of the student party branch to play the function of organization and education,making full use of the party branch of students to give full play to the organizational and educational functions of ideological and political work,and combining with the current policy requirements,put forward feasible countermeasures,in the construction of student Party branches to achieve the whole process of education,all personnel education,all-round education in the construction of the party branch of students.It has a certain innovative significance and value.
