Research On The Construction Of Graduate Party Branch In Colleges And Universities In The New Era

General secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the nineteenth National Congress:Building a powerful country in Higher Education.At the national education conference,he once again stressed that the fundamental guarantee of running education well is the party’s overall leadership over education.The work of Party construction is the basic function of running and running a university.Graduate students are the guarantee of talents to realize the great power of higher education.The position of graduate students’ Party building in the party building of colleges and universities is becoming more and more prominent.It is of great significance to explore the construction of graduate Party branch.There are more and more researches on the Party branch of graduate students,which play a guiding role in the development and innovation of the branch.In this paper,the graduate Party branch as the research object,based on the Marxist theory of Party building at the grass-roots level and the relevant theory of the Communist Party of China on the grass-roots party organization in Colleges and universities,using questionnaire survey,literature analysis and other research methods to write the paper.The main contents of this paper are as follows.The introduction part mainly explains the research background,significance,domestic research status,research ideas and methods,research difficulties and innovation points of the construction of the Party branch of graduate students in Colleges and universities in the new era.The first chapter of the main body is the origin of the theory.The construction of the graduate Party branch in Colleges and universities is based on the discussion of the basic party organization of Marxism.The theoretical basis of the construction of the graduate Party branch is the position and function of the basic party organization of Marxism,the development standard of the party members,education and management.The relevant thoughts of the Communist Party of China on the grass-roots party organizations in Colleges and universities are the direct guiding ideology of the construction of the graduate Party branch.The second chapter is the main content and current situation research.Through literature reading and analysis,the main contents are summarized from the perspective of work links.Design a questionnaire,conduct a questionnaire survey,and summarize the main achievements and problems of the current construction of the Party branch of graduate students.The main achievements are as follows: the quality of graduate Party members has been significantly improved;the way of setting up branches has been more scientific;the organizational life has been increasingly standardized;the cohesion of branches has been continuously enhanced.The main problems are as follows: some graduate Party members have obvious motives and interests,poor identity awareness of Party members;part of the branch education content is not rich;the activity content and form are lack of innovation;the system construction is not perfect;the mass work ability is weak.The third chapter is the reason analysis and enlightenment.Only by finding and analyzing problems can we provide practical basis for the research of practical path.The main reasons include: inadequate understanding of the importance of graduate Party branch;insufficient investment in graduate Party construction;insufficient combination of graduate training mode and branch’s organic operation;lack of pertinence in education and training,as well as old and lack of vitality in activity carrier.The main inspirations for the construction of the Party branch include: adhering to the overall leadership of the party to the University;taking the ideological construction as the basic construction;closely combining the construction of the party with moral education;strengthening the reform and innovation of the Party branch secretary and the cadre team.The fourth chapter is the suggestions to promote the development of the branch.The Party branch of graduate students in Colleges and universities is an organic whole that needs to be carried out in all aspects at the same time.In view of the current problems,we should promote the development of the branch from the aspects of working concept,politics,ideology,organization,style,system and mass work.It mainly includes: Innovating the concept of branch,advancing the concept of branch construction with the times;strengthening political construction,highlighting the political function of branch;strengthening ideological construction,giving play to the leading role of branch thought;strengthening organizational construction,innovating the form of organizational activities;Strengthen the discipline construction,strengthen the discipline consciousness of the graduate Party members;strengthening system construction,improving the system of branch;Strengthen the construction of work style and form a virtuous circle of the party and school spirit;strengthening the masses of branch working ability.
