| The National Games is a comprehensive sports event held independently by China,with the largest scale,the largest number of participants,the highest level of security,and the longest duration.The public security organs of Liaoning Province took the power of the police,gathered the wisdom of the police,overcame the unfavorable factors such as financial constraints and the dispersion of venues,and successfully completed the security tasks of the activities of the 12th National Games.This thesis takes the“12th National Games" security work as an example,sums up the practical experience,studies and explores the optimization strategy of the largescale mass activity safety protection work in Liaoning Province,which has great practical significance for promoting the healthy development of large-scale activities in Liaoning Province.This thesis uses literature analysis,field research,typical case analysis and other methods to draw on the theoretical research results of large-scale mass activity security work at home and abroad,through the Liaoning Provincial Public Security Department and 14 provinces in the province during the 12th National Games.The investigation of security practice found that the large-scale mass activities in Liaoning Province are not strong in the command structure of security organizations,the security work plan is not targeted,the security inspection personnel and equipment are insufficient,the document management work is not standardized,and the police work in the security work area is not smooth.problem.Summarizing the causes of the problems,the text is based on the theory of collaborative governance.It is believed that the collaborative entities of large-scale mass activities safety and security work should be diversified,with public security organs as the leading factor,security companies,community guards,volunteers and other parties to participate and share the growing Security pressure is the fundamental direction for improving the safety and security of large-scale mass activities.According to the specific practical problems,this paper proposes a new concept of updating security management,consolidating the legal basis of security work,establishing a security implementation standard system,establishing a coordination mechanism for internal security departments,guiding the promotion of social participation in security work and increasing Constructive improvement suggestions such as social security publicity and education. |
