Research And Countermeasures On Intelligent Security Of Large-Scale Events In Fuzhou

With the advent of the "Internet +" era,urban management and police management of public security organs are developing towards a "smart model".Smart public security and smart police have become the strategic choice and trend of the times for a new round of police reform and development.The current security work for large-scale events has moved from "sweat security" to "smart security".In 2019,according to the work deployment of the Fuzhou Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government,the Fuzhou Public Security Bureau took the second Digital China Construction Summit as an opportunity to launch the smart security model for the first time in the province,which is based on traditional security measures,from outside to inside.from high to low,deploy personnel control measures such as portrait recognition,trajectory characterization,personnel density detection,passenger flow statistics,micro hotspots etc,deploy smart security inspection networking systems,drone countermeasures and other dangerous goods control measures,deploy vehicle under-vehicle inspections,Vehicle management and control measures such as license plate recognition and vehicle trajectory analysis have established a strict security protection system to realize intelligent management and control of people,vehicles and objects,leading and driving the security police to practice combat,and fully escorting the summit to be held smoothly.This research is based on the background of the Internet + era,referring to the latest research results of scholars and domestic and foreign cases that can be used for reference.Taking the second Digital China Construction Summit as the starting point,the traditional security model and the smart security model are based on smart features.Analyze the three aspects of,efficacy,results,and economic costs,highlighting the necessity of building a smart security model;next,focus on sorting out the main measures,construction angles,and effectiveness mechanisms of smart security in Fuzhou,carrying out case analysis and interview research,and using the Internet Governance theory and seamless government theory conduct in-depth exploration and summary of smart security for large-scale events in Fuzhou;finally,in view of the problems existing in the construction of smart security for large-scale events in Fuzhou,analyze the problems from the three aspects of local government,public security system,and grassroots police.The deep-seated reasons for this,and put forward an operability strategy.First,the local government must first strengthen the top-level design,comprehensively plan,and then implement the guarantee mechanism,promote the training of talents,and finally do a good job in financial guarantees to support project construction.Second,the public security system must first strengthen the exchange of experience and master core technologies,secondly,maintain the complementary development of traditional security and smart security,and thirdly innovate the police-enterprise cooperation model to achieve sustainable development.The third is that the grassroots police must establish overall awareness and strengthen professional knowledge learning,continuously improve professional skills,and actively participate in the construction of smart security.
