| During the process of improving the overall quality and combat effectiveness of basic public security organs in an all round way,police stations play an increasingly significant role.Along with the reform of public security border guards,"border armed police" has become "people’s police",which has increasingly become the focus of police station construction.At present,an incentive mechanism has been initially established in police stations,which has played a positive role in effectively mobilizing the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of police officers in police stations,but there are still some problems to be improved.In-depth exploration of the construction of police incentive system in police stations is still a topic that should be focused on and solved in the future.In order to understand the current incentive effect of the police officers in the police station and explore the incentive strategies that are more conducive to improving the enthusiasm of the police officers,this paper takes the police station in J County as an example and,on the basis of literature research,conducts a comprehensive investigation,visits and research on the police officers in the police station in J County,constructs an index evaluation system,explores the existing problems in the incentive mechanism of the police officers in the police station in J County,and puts forward optimization measures.On the basis of the review of relevant literature,this paper studied the current situation of the incentive mechanism of the police station in J County in detail,and investigated the incentive mechanism content of the police station from the perspectives of salary reward and punishment,performance appraisal,promotion and training,and preferential treatment.Since scientific selection of the incentive effect of civilian police incentive mechanism evaluation index,combining analytic network process(ANP),build a suitable incentive effect evaluation of police incentive mechanism model,and the current J county according to the local police station police problems of incentive mechanism,cause and effect was evaluated.Through comprehensive analysis,we find the problems existing in salary and reward mechanism,examination and evaluation mechanism,promotion and training mechanism,military preferential treatment and preferential group mechanism.Aiming at these problems,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the incentive mechanism of police officers in police stations.This paper breaks through the traditional mode in terms of operating principle,content and mode,and makes a deep study on the incentive mechanism of police officers in the police stations,in order to help the development of the public security organs. |
