The positioning and role of public security police stations in the new era have changed,and higher requirements have been placed on the work quality,work efficiency and service awareness of the police at the grass-roots front-line police stations.Factors such as superiors,work pressure,compensation and benefits,and work-life balance have led to a decline in engagement,which has affected the image of the police station’s government service window,and has become a problem that the society needs to pay attention to and solve.For this reason,it is necessary to take the police of the grass-roots police station as the research object,analyze the key factors that affect engagement,design and measure the indicators and actual level of engagement,and take this as a starting point to design strategies and methods to improve engagement.This paper studies the engagement of the police in TC police station,establishes the evaluation system of "Police interpersonal relationship","Salary incentive","Police station management system","Organizational support for police work","Development opportunities" and "the quality of life",designs and distributes the engagement questionnaire,and analyzes the sample data of 106 police officers in TC police station through on-the-spot evaluation and research.It is found that there are some problems in the dedication of the police in TC police station,such as "willing to stay" and "willing to publicize",but low in "willing to contribute",that is,police have a strong willingness to work for a long time and are satisfied with their own organization and are willing to publicize to the outside world,but there are deficiencies in actively devoting time and energy to the work.It is concluded that engagement is weakly related to gender,education,rank and working years,and strongly related to "Police Interpersonal Relationship","Incentive Compensation","Police station management system","Organizational support for police work","Development opportunities"and "the quality of life".According to the problems found,this paper puts forward some promotion strategies,such as improving workflow,optimizing salary performance,flexible working hours and so on,which is expected to enlighten the management of similar grass-roots police stations.
