Research On The Digital Personnel Cadre Management Of T County Tax Bureau

Digital personnel is an important means to innovate cadre management mechanism by organically integrating peacetime assessment and cadre personnel management with the concept of digital management.With T County tax bureau actively promoting the implementation of the digital personnel cadre management system,the grass-roots cadres management has played a certain effect.However,it still needs to be further improved in the aspects of management philosophy,system mechanism,procedure method and data application.In this paper,using the theory of personnel management,tax system personnel management and other theoretical principles,combining with the digital personnel cadre management system,firstly,taking the cadre management of digital personnel in T County Tax bureau as the research object,analyzes the specific application status and relevant data of digital personnel information system in Tax bureau of T County by means of literature study,field survey method and questionnaire investigation.Secondly,it summarizes the problems and deficiencies in the implementation process of digital personnel in Tax bureau of T County,and deeply analyzes various factors affecting the management of digital personnel cadres.Thirdly,aiming at the existing problems of digital personnel cadre management in Tax bureau of T County,the optimization scheme is proposed from the aspects of enhancing awareness,perfecting system mechanism,optimizing procedure method,strengthening data application and so on.Finally,the paper come up with safeguard measures for the improvement of the system from the aspects of strengthening data security management,leadership demonstration and guidance,internal and external supervision,etc.In this way,the application of the information system can better solve the problems existing in the management of grassroots tax cadres in County T,improve the level of cadres management,and promote the construction of cadres in grassroots tax departments,hoping to provide reference for other public departments the management of cadres.
