With the rapid development of science and technology,big data and information technology are gradually applied to all walks of life,which brings new ideas to traditional management methods and cadre team management.General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward important instructions and arrangements on many occasions to strengthen the construction of cadres.In 2018,after the merger of national and local taxes,the ranks of tax cadres have grown rapidly.In this context,digital personnel cadre management has been put forward to attach importance to.Digital personnel management is mainly to use modern information management cadres,improve the management of tax cadres modernization.The main purpose is to better solve some problems existing at present,data information become a very important method of cadre management.Combined with the concept of data management,through the data of cadres "virtue,ability,diligence,performance,integrity" information for the collection of all aspects,and cadres selection and training use link.Based on A flag tax bureau as A case,this thesis by using literature analysis,empirical research method,questionnaire method and interview method and so on related research methods,for A flag tax official digital personnel cadre management present situation analysis,mainly from the aspects such as the use of the system,the related system and evaluation,and then analyzes the concrete problems,It is mainly reflected in the following aspects: low participation rate,inconsistency between indicators and actual work,low degree of digitalization and imperfect use of results.According to the causes,combined with the specific situation,put forward the optimizing countermeasures,namely to strengthen the management of digital personnel cadres propaganda and training,optimization,strengthening assessment index data application,strengthen the technical support,is ultimately want to flag for A better tax official digital personnel cadre management points out some methods,so as to achieve the purpose of the research and development of digital personnel,To solve the problems of low management efficiency and overlapping responsibilities of cadres in some grass-roots departments of taxation,make the cadres more energetic and provide a strong guarantee for the development of smart taxation.
