Research On The Construction Of Civil Servants In X District H City Tax Bureau Based On "Digital Personnel Management"

The realization of the goal of national tax modernization is closely related to a tax official team with strong professional quality and outstanding working ability.The comprehensive work ability of tax civil servants is determined by the internal implementation of "digital personnel" management mechanism.The "digital personnel" management system can not only input the daily work information and personal data information of all employees in the tax bureau,but also quantify the information collected,analyze the quantified data,and scientifically apply the analysis results to Tax official management work.Compared with the traditional personnel management,"digital personnel" comprehensively uses information management technology and big data processing technology,transforming the original static evaluation of civil servants’ daily work into a static and dynamic evaluation mode.Therefore,it is very important to study the influence of the application of "digital personnel management" on the construction of civil servants in tax bureau.Under the above background,this paper takes the construction of tax civil servants in X District,H City as the specific research object,adopts the method of data collection,explores the present situation of tax civil servants in X district after the implementation of "digital personnel ",and through the analysis of actual data,it is concluded that the reasons that influnces are imperfect system,weak standardization of cadre assessment system and the lack of corresponding training mechanism in tax bureau.Based on the above,this paper designs the optimization scheme,and put forward that Improving the system of " digital personnel management ",deepening the assessment mechanism for civil servants and enhancing the quality of the Civil Service are helpful to optimize the construction of tax civil servants in X Distract,H city.
