Study On Participation Intention And Influencing Factors Of Time Bank Pension Model Among Rural Farmers In Laixi City

With the aging of the population,the problem of supporting the elderly needs to be solved.From the perspective of integrated urban and rural development,the time-bank pension model developed in urban communities will gradually move to rural areas.In this process,suburban villages can serve as the transition from urban to rural development.This paper studies and identifies the significant factors affecting the willingness of suburban farmers to participate in the time-bank pension model in The City of LAI Xi,understands the pension needs of suburban farmers,and makes preliminary preparations for the construction of a time-bank pension system with high participation of suburban farmers in order to respond to the pension policy in Qingdao,develop the time-bank for suburban villages according to local conditions.In this paper,literature induction method,questionnaire method and econometric model analysis method are adopted.By summarizing the research experience of relevant scholars,"Questionnaire survey on the willingness of suburban farmers in Lacey city to participate in the time-bank pension model" is made to investigate the basic situation of suburban farmers and their demands for the time-bank pension model.Variables were set from four aspects,including individual characteristics,family and economic status,behavioral cognition status and social support for the elderly.SPSS23.0 software was used to carry out chi-square test on the questionnaire data,and variables with significant differences were included into binary logistic regression model analysis.The results show that the suburban farmers in Lacey city have a low willingness to participate in the time-bank pension model.This article respectively to the outskirts of the clothes people time bank endowment service willingness and pension service demand will influence factors were analyzed,and the empirical results show that the age,the fixed number of year of the education,family harmony degree,marital status,family per capita monthly income stability,degree of life concerns,community participation,time bank endowment patterns of cognition to suburban farmers endowment services will have a significant impact;Gender,number of children,degree of loneliness,degree of family integration,degree of life worry,degree of filial piety,participation in community activities,and strength of government and social support have significant influence on the demand willingness of suburban garment people for elderly care services.By summarizing previous experience and combining questionnaire data and empirical analysis results,this paper puts forward the relevant suggestions on the development of the time bank pension model in suburban villages,including strengthening the propaganda,changing the suburban farmers’ traditional concept of pension;Arousing the enthusiasm of suburban farmers to participate in the time-bank pension model;Strengthen the special training of service providers to meet the diversified needs of individuals;Improve the supervision mechanism and risk prevention mechanism,reduce worries about the future life;Expand financing channels,increase social capital investment,to achieve scale efficiency;We will strengthen cooperation with colleges and universities and social welfare organizations to expand the reserve of old-age service providers.
