| Community plays an increasingly prominent role in the process of urbanization.However,how to promote community governance and which community governance models can be used as reference to better meet the requirements of modern cities for communities.has become a very realistic subject.Shunqing District of Nanchong City has tentatively carry out some work in urban community governance,but it is still in the exploratory stage on the whole.Compared with the overall goal,it is urgent to explore a more scientific and reasonable way of urban community governance.This paper took Shunqing District of Nanchong City as the research object,and referred to the advanced community governance concepts and experiences at home and abroad.Given the status quo of community governance in Shunqing District in Nanchong City,the study used public management theory and questionnaire to conduct a relatively comprehensive survey.By the end of the survey,which lasted for two weeks,a total of 220 questionnaires were issued and 210 were recovered due to objective conditions,with valid rate of 95% and the survey data were analyzed.There were some problems in the urban community governance of Shunqing District,such as relatively delayed construction of community infrastructure construction compared with the urban development,burdened community affairs,serious tendency of "administration",lack of service consciousness of community service personnel,and residents’ lack of participation of community governance.By learning from the experience of regional governance in China,together with the author’s actual work,this study and then put forward countermeasures and suggestions,such as strengthening infrastructure construction,optimizing community governance structure,improving rules and regulations,improving talent cultivation system,enhancing residents’ participation,and strengthening organization construction.This study has certain reference value for similar regional research and improvement of urban community governance. |
