The Cooperation Mode Of Government Data Open Analysis And Selection Research

With the development of the era of big data,the importance of data is self-evident.Data has become the root of everything that drives everything,and is no longer driven by the competition of capital,population,land,energy and resources.The competition strategy among countries in the world has also shifted to data competition.Therefore,data has become a global indicator.Changing and affecting the international economic development situation,national security and resource allocation,etc.,a social and economic reform quietly occurred.Therefore,my country needs to actively deploy and pay attention to the value of data,and government data is one of the important means.Government data open cooperation can effectively enhance the value of government open data.Therefore,the state and local governments have issued a series of encouraging policy documents to promote government data open cooperation and escort the mining of the value of government data.Based on the current situation,this paper studies the current situation of government data open cooperation mode,and studies how to choose government data open cooperation mode from the government’ s point of view,and constructs a causal relationship diagram of government data open cooperation mode selection,trying to provide government data for our country.The open cooperation model provides relevant suggestions and some thoughts on how to choose the government data open cooperation model.First of all,this article uses the literature analysis method to summarize the current situation,advantages and disadvantages of the British and American government and the government data open cooperation model,and uses the comparative analysis method to give some suggestions on the current situation of the government data open cooperation model in my country.Subsequently,based on the theory of collaborative governance,the influence indicator system of the choice of government data open cooperation mode was constructed,and this indicator system was integrated into four aspects:the external environment of choice,the cooperative motivation of choice,the collaborative engine of choice,and Synergistic consequences of choice.Based on the method of system dynamics,the causality diagram of the choice of government data open cooperation mode is established.On this basis,the causality diagram of cooperation choice provides a reference for improving the choice of government data open cooperation mode.
