Research On China's Government Data Open Service Mode

The opening up of government data is indeed an important turning point for China to move towards a deep water zone of reform and opening up.With the rapid development of big data technology,the government has collected a large amount of data resources.As the administrative organ of the country,the government has the advantages of scientific,comprehensive,and authoritative data collection,and plays a unique role in providing data openness services to the public.Government data openness can not only promote positive interaction between the government and the public,increase public trust and satisfaction with government work,but also stimulate people’s innovative vitality and promote sustainable socio-economic development.Government data openness needs to be addressed to the entire society,processed and utilized to create greater political,economic,and social value.The open sharing of data by the government can promote the circulation of data resources,activate the economic system,and provide more practical data support for various industries.Through government data openness,various sectors of society can better understand policies,public affairs,and other aspects,thereby promoting innovation and development in society.At the same time,actively exploring and constructing mechanisms and models for government data openness is also an important task for government data openness.The government should strengthen data security protection and establish standards and norms for data sharing,processing,and utilization to ensure the quality and effectiveness of government data openness.This article first investigates the current situation of government data open service platforms and the public’s demand for government data open services,pointing out the current situation of government data open services;Secondly,we will jointly build a government data open service model from three aspects: the subject level,the environment level,and the data level.By understanding and analyzing the various elements of the model,construct the overall framework of the government data open service model.Finally,this article discusses the guarantee strategies for the government’s data openness model from four aspects: improving open data supervision,strengthening data management,cultivating and introducing talents,and strengthening public participation.
