The Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the major proposition of "innovating the social governance system",replacing social management and support.Under the leadership of the party,my country’s social governance system has been continuously improved,the top-level design has been continuously optimized,the effectiveness of social governance has been continuously enhanced,and the people’s sense of gain and happiness has been greatly improved.However,my country’s social governance still has problems such as the lack of self-consciousness of governance subjects and the unclear consensus on social governance values.At the same time,my country’s social transformation causes conflicts of interest and the intrusion of multicultural thoughts also affects the realization of my country’s social governance modernization goals.The modernization of social governance has provided new growth points for ideological and
