years of reform and opening up,drawing on the beneficial achievements of western governance civilization.It is the latest achievements which is the Chinese Communists continuing to explore the modernization,to answer the of modernization,called China’s fifth "modernization".Ideological and political education as the political superiority and fine tradition of the Communist Party of China has always been the "lifeline" and "central link" of China’s economic work and all other work.Ideological and political education as an educational activity for cultivating people and shaping people,has always been an important way and frontier position for cultivating qualified architects and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It plays a unique functional role in the process of Chinese revolution,construction and reform.The formulation and promotion of the modernization of national governance makes the environmental context and the service subject of the ideological and political education undergone profound changes.The traditional ideological and political education function has been difficult to fully and systematically adapt to and meet the needs of modern social development,the proposition of the transformation of the ideological and political education function is born.The transformation of ideological and political education function from the perspective of national governance modernization is a theoretical attempt and practice exploration to actively respond to national governance modernization,to service national governance modernization.It has become a very important frontier research topic in the field of ideological and political education.This study based the basic standpoint,viewpoint and method of Marxism,applies the methods by combining the history and logic,specification and experience,systematic analysis and multidisciplinary cross.It takes the basic theory and the inner relation of the national governance
