| Nowadays,the struggle among countries in the field of ideology is becoming increasingly fierce.The Communist Party of China’s 20 th National Congress proposed to enhance the cohesion and leadership of socialist ideology.Ideological and political education is a fine tradition of the party with a distinct ideological character.It is a crucial tool for arming the party as a whole,for educating the populace,for mobilizing the masses,for exerting influence.It is an important way to govern the Party and the country,and plays an irreplaceable role in advancing the process of governance modernization.The Communist Party of China’s20th National Congress made a new deployment to improve governance at all levels,China has the characteristics of developing China’s social governance theory and practice.In order to address the challenges that arise in promoting the modernization of social governance,we must base ourselves on the reality of social development and use Chinese means to solve Chinese problems.Ideological and political education has always stood at the strategic height of ideology,clarified theoretical and practical issues through clear theoretical explanations and publicity,guided people to focus on value goals,strengthened consensus and identity,regarded the realization of Chinese-style modernization as a common value pursuit,disseminated and carried forward the core socialist values in the whole society,played the important function of value guidance in integrating ideas,cohesion of consensus,and standardized behavior,and promoted the common and orderly participation of social subjects in social governance actions.It plays an important practical role in studying the value of ideological and political education in the practical activities of social governance,giving play to the advantages of ideological and political education,helping the development of social governance,innovating and advancing ideological and political education theories,and instructing the modernization of social governance.Part one,discuss systematically and thoroughly the basic concepts of the function that guides the value of ideological and political education and explain the conceptual definition and relationship between social governance with the ideological orientation and interpretation of chinese characteristics and ideological and political education.Part two,the ideological and political education in the social governance of the value of the guiding function of the academic foundation is explained from the historical,theoretical,and realistic logic.From the aspects of cognitive formation,emotional cultivation,behavior generation and fostering the all-round development of individuals,the connotation of ideological and political education to play a value-leading function was explored.It analyzes that in the process of social governance practice with Chinese characteristics,ideological and political education improves the comprehensive literacy of social members through theoretical education,example guidance,and practical exercise,to satisfy a need ideological position construction,and help them obtain correct value cognition,the specific connotation of the value leading function of condensing political consensus,enhancing political determination,standardizing value behavior,and promoting the overall development of people.Part three,from the current situation of the field of social governance,this paper studies the practical issues of the function of ideological and political education from three perspectives,the realistic demand put forth by ideological and political education,the hysteresis of ideological and political education’s self-construction,and the realistic resistance of the operation of the working mechanism.Part four,exploring effective measures and feasible paths to strengthen the value leading role of ideological and political education in social governance from five aspects: strengthening political security,fostering governance bodies,innovating educational content,improving educational evaluation,and improving the work system. |
