| Social governance plays a significant role in China’s governance.Strengthening and innovating social governance is the key deployment for achieving overall goal of comprehensively deepening reform—upholding and improving the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and promoting the modernization of China’s system and capacity for governance.As the lifeblood of cause of Communist Party of China and whole country,ideological and political education which is closely related social governance ought to and is bound to have a positive impact on social governance.With the development and modernization of social governance in the new era of China,it’s more and more essential to strengthen theoretical research and practical exploration of the function of ideological and political education in social governance.Based on the historical position of the new era,this article adheres to the unity of history and reality and the combination of theory and practice,and then strives to make a comprehensive and profound understanding of the function above with the logic of what is,why exist,what have,how realize.The article is mainly composed of the following four chapters.The first chapter,the Academic Grasp of the Function of Ideological and Political Education in Social Governance,lays the foundation for the subsequent research by revealing the reason of the research from two aspects—theory and practice,explaining the object of the research through distinguishing related concepts,interpreting the connotation and summarizing main characteristics,and demonstrating the significance of research based on the dimensions of theory and practice and so on.The second chapter,the Logical Justification of the Function of Ideological and Political Education in Social Governance,illustrates the historical rationality,theoretical inevitability and practical necessity according to the dimensions of history,theory,and reality.This article answers the question “why it should be possible” by summing up the history of ideological and political education acting on the activity similar to social governance in the past of China.It answers the question “how it is possible” by analyzing the relationship between ideological and political education and social governance in the aspect of structure.They belong to the same system and influence each other’s structure.It answers the question of “Why it is necessary” by analyzing contemporary needs of social governance for ideological and political education.The third chapter,the Main Manifestations of the Function of Ideological and Political Education in Social Governance,summarizes the results of the function as supporting the operation of social governance activities and realizing the goals of social governance based on the expectations of the function which can take both sides.The former is mainly manifested in leading political direction,providing theoretical guidance,cultivating ideological consensus,and creating an atmosphere of public opinion for social governance.The latter is mainly reflected in the constructing social order in value,coordinating social relations in thoughts,and stimulating vitality of society in spirit.The fourth chapter,the Effectively Exerting of the Function of Ideological and Political Education in Social Governance,thinks about the methodology on the basis of the ontology.From the perspective of ideological and political education,it’s important to uphold the scientific philosophy,establish exhaustive mechanism and practice correct strategies and so on. |
