A Study On Local Government Public Opinion Response In Mass Emergency

in the process of dealing with unexpected mass emergencies,public opinion response is a very important work.Through public opinion response,we can minimize the negative impact of such events on economic and social development,and help to prevent and reduce the occurrence of similar events.In the process of public opinion response,the role of local government can not be ignored.Government should not only deal with sudden mass emergencies in time,but also do a good job of public opinion response.Under this background,this paper studies the government’s public opinion response in the mass emergencies,and takes the event of "Pingdu crisis" as a case to explain in detail,expounds the methods and Strategies of government’s public opinion response in Pingdu crisis,summarizes and analyzes the experience,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.In the research,the background and significance of the research are described,and the research status of the research is analyzed based on the collected research data.Combined with the views and conclusions of the relevant researchers,the main research methods of this study are introduced,which lays a good theoretical foundation for the smooth progress of the research.At the same time,it introduces the related concepts and basic theories,including 4R Theory and four stage model.On this basis,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the public opinion response strategy in the process of handling Pingdu crisis.On the premise of introducing the Enlightenment of Pingdu crisis and the improvement of its communication process,according to the research data collected,this paper analyzes the public opinion response strategy of government,including the positive response of the local government after the media exposure,explaining the disposal process through the media,etc.On this basis,this paper analyzes the deficiencies and reasons of public opinion response in the process of crisis management,and thinks that the public opinion response is mainly concentrated in four aspects:relatively passive and relatively single means.The main reasons for these deficiencies are the lack of plans and experience in public opinion response,and the monitoring and early warning system is not complete.Finally,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the response of public opinion and crisis in local government public emergencies,including the formulation of detailed public opinion response plan and improve the monitoring and early wanming systemThrough the research,we hope to provide some help and Enlightenment to the public opinion response of local government in the process of mass emergency disposal,further improve the ability and level of public opinion response of local government,and enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of public opinion response.
