In the 21st century,the increasingly severe trend of population aging makes China enter a super aging society.The increasing number of elderly people makes the single home-based pension mode more and more unable to meet the needs of the elderly.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a diversified elderly care service security system to solve the current difficulties of the elderly service in China.Strengthening the research of urban diversified elderly care from the perspective of county can not only promote the development of urban pension,meet the needs of urban residents,but also improve the quality of life of the elderly,and promote the further improvement of elderly care service security system.The research object of this study is the status quo of the elderly care in B District of Z city,a national smart and healthy endowment demonstration base,Based on the theory of public goods,welfare pluralism,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,the development experience of pension at home and abroad as the practical basis,the optimization of urban pension in China and the formation of diversified pension as the main line,using the methods of access to information,comparative analysis,literature analysis,visit and research,the paper points out the existing problems of urban pension in area B,and from the perspective of traditional pension This paper analyzes the causes of the problems from the aspects of old ideas,the demand of urban elderly,the service level of pension institutions,the degree of medical and nursing integration,and the elderly care service security system.Finally,it puts forward the ideas and solutions for the development of diversified urban elderly care in China from the four aspects of policy,system,fund and responsibility subject:In order to meet the increasing demand of urban residents for diversified services,guide urban residents to establish a healthy pension concept,improve the diversified elderly care service security system,strengthen the public private pension security function,enhance the comprehensive strength of private pension institutions,innovate community home-based elderly care services,strengthen medical care to solve the problem of reimbursement,Finally,it will form a new situation of diversified elderly care in the county from the perspective of government providing for the aged,private institutions providing for the aged,community-based home-based care,combination of medical care and elderly care,and "smart pension".
