Research On The Influence Of Public Service Motivation On Job Burnout Of Internet Police In X City

Along with the Internet technology high speed development,cyber crimes emerge in an endless stream.The network police is a special police at the historic moment,its job burnout caused by work pressure is attracting much attention.This paper attempts to study the correlation between the public service motivation of the Internet police in X City and job burnout,so as to find out the causes of the Internet police burnout in X city,and provide feasible suggestions to alleviate the Internet police burnout in X City,especially to provide reference for the crisis risk brought by the Internet police burnout in X City.This study uses the basic theoretical knowledge related to public service motivation and job burnout,takes the Internet police in X City as the research object,and through field interviews,a study on the correlation between public service motivation and job burnout of network police in X city and questionnaire survey and empirical analysis.Through the analysis and processing of questionnaire data,this paper finds that:305 samples show that the public service motivation and job burnout of Internet police in X City are at a medium level.From the perspective of personal attributes,male Internet police in X City have higher willingness to engage in public service than female,and male job burnout is lower.Compared with the Internet police with lower education,the Internet police with higher education have a stronger will to serve the public,better work performance and are not easy to produce job burnout;Compared with the civilian and auxiliary police,the establishment of the police is more dedicated to serving the people,and the work performance is more active and proactive,and the sense of job burnout is lower.Computer professional background network police than other professional background network police engaged in network security work more comfortable,and deal with complex police more handy,more interest in network security this job,easy to stimulate their own work enthusiasm,not easy to produce burnout;Compared with the Internet police of low income level,the Internet police of high income level has higher job satisfaction,more sense of job accomplishment,more enthusiasm for work,and lower sense of job burnout.Through correlation analysis,it is found that the four dimensions of public service motivation of the Internet police in X City,namely,decision attraction,sympathy,public commitment,self-sacrifice spirit and job burnout,show significant linear correlation.Through multiple regression model analysis,it is concluded that job burnout of Internet police in X City has a significant negative impact on decision attraction,compassion,public interest commitment and self-sacrifice spirit.According to the above X City network police show job burnout situation,this paper combined with the local characteristics of X city,the first is to improve job burnout from the four dimensions of public service motivation(encouraging net police to participate in policy making,cultivating net police’s sympathy,strengthening the sense of public interest commitment,and promoting the spirit of self-dedication)Second,the source of Entry Intervention Network Police Job Burnout;third,to improve the level of social support to alleviate job burnout network police.
