| At present,the process of modernization and rule of law has entered a new era.In this context,in order to further improve the level of rule of law and achieve the modernization of national governance capacity and system,we must strengthen and improve the construction of rule of law in community-level social governance.Rural governance is an extremely important part of community-level social governance.As a big country of agriculture and countryside,the country prospers when the countryside prospers,and rural governance is the cornerstone of national governance.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the level and efficiency of rural governance.“Fengqiao experience” is a summary of the working methods created by the cadres and masses of Fengqiao town,Zhuji city,Zhejiang province,in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China in the practice of political and legal work."Maple bridge experience" is the study,known as the classic model of social governance in rural China,first,because it always will be the center of the people in any work,adhere to rely on the people and for the people,to improve the autonomous ability of the masses,in the villages and towns and villages things out village,not out of the town,contradictory not handed over to the social harmony situation;Secondly,because of its historical characteristics of keeping pace with The Times,the experience in each period is combined with the characteristics of The Times and social contradictions,striving to resolve social disputes and achieve social stability.This paper will make an in-depth understanding of “Fengqiao experience” from the theoretical and practical aspects: first,it will study the meaning,historical characteristics and legal significance of “Fengqiao experience”,and comprehensively analyze the value of“Fengqiao experience”.Secondly,to explore the “Fengqiao experience”,in the case of grassroots social governance,to grass-roots social management,the most important and the most difficult areas,rural governance as the key point,exploration,the successful experiences from the practice of rural governance,deficiency in three aspects,discusses the implementation of the experience in the country and the problems existing in the implementation,and put forward the perfect proposal.Finally,combined with thedevelopment of “Fengqiao experience”,the exploration of rural governance and the existing shortcomings,this paper puts forward the enlightenment of this experience to grassroots social governance in the overall environment,and hopes to provide some practical ideas and practices for rural governance and grassroots social governance. |
