The Influence On Fengqiao Experience To Dissolve The Land Disputes And Social Governance Innovation—Taking Zhuji City As An Example

With the comprehensively deepening of reforming and opening up and the preliminary construction of well-off society,our nation has headed into a steady and rapid economic and social development period.However,the economic and social structure changes behind this rapidly developing economy are extremely fierce.If the changing interest relationship and increasing social contradiction and conflict cannot be effectively prevented,treated,and dissolved,the society will enter a conflict peak period,and the goal of achieving a steady and healthy development of social economy will be difficult to be completed.Especially with the speeding up of transformation,the changes in rural society,social structure,economic structure and interest structure,and the rural social contradiction caused by land interest,are more evident than any time.How to effectively resolve the public and social contradiction and dispute,maximize the harmonious factor,enhance social development vitality,and improve social governance level,has become an important strategic task for the social construction field of our nation.It is a major problem for China's economic and social stable development,the social governance innovation is exactly the mass work innovation.Since the invention of "Fengqiao Experience" in 1963,it has gone through more than 50 years of history and still owns a strong vitality.In different stages of history,"Fengqiao Experience" works on the target of "effectively resolving dispute,maintaining social harmony and stability",adheres to the spirit of"people-oriented" and "keep pace with the times" and the mass line,relies on the power of grass-root to achieve the social stable status of "little disputes don't out of the village,big event don't go out of the town,contradiction don't hand in",and forms into a successful experience of rural grassroots social governance in China.This paper aims to analyze from the perspective of "Fengqiao Experience",and take the application of "Fengqiao Experience" of land dispute resolution in Zhuji city as research sample,through the analysis of the two management modes,"big mediation" and "gridding" of "Fengqiao Experience",and its effectiveness on land dispute,explore the advanced dispute resolve concept and local resource,in order to reveal the unique role of "Fengqiao Experience" in resolving social contradiction and dispute,and provide some useful inspiration for the promotion of the level of social governance for our nation.
