| In October 2020,the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee was successfully held in Beijing,and pointed out in the report that the main goal of China’s social governance during the 14th Five Year Plan period is to steadily improve the efficiency of national governance and significantly improve the level of grass-roots social governance.It can be seen that the improvement of grass-roots social governance level has played a decisive role in the modernization of China’s social governance system and governance capacity."Fengqiao Experience" is a social governance plan with Chinese characteristics that is in line with China’s national conditions and embodies the wisdom of the Chinese people.It is also a Chinese plan for China’s grassroots social governance.After nearly 60 years of continuous development,the connotation of "Fengqiao Experience" has been constantly enriched and widely used in many fields.Since the reform and opening-up,our government has been actively exploring,constantly improving the ability of social governance at the grass-roots level,and has issued and implemented a series of supporting policies,but there are still many problems in rural grass-roots social governance.Connecting the theoretical achievements of " Fengqiao Experience " with rural grassroots social governance,and discussing the relationship between " Fengqiao Experience " and rural grassroots social governance,it is necessary to probe into the significance and enlightenment of " Fengqiao Experience " to rural grass-roots social governance,and it is also a necessary means to ensure the " Fengqiao Experience " to be carried out in the process of rural grass-roots social governance.Since the founding of the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee,China has unswervingly and comprehensively opened up to the outside world,and in order to meet the needs of economic development,the ability of grass-roots social governance has been continuously improved in practice.The government has issued and implemented a series of supporting policies,but there are still many problems in rural grass-roots social governance.It is necessary to link the theoretical results of "Fengqiao Experience" with rural grass-roots social governance,discuss the relationship between "Fengqiao Experience" and rural grass-roots social governance,and explore the significance and Enlightenment of "Fengqiao Experience" on rural grass-roots social governance,which is a necessary means to ensure that "Fengqiao Experience" can be really well implemented in the process of rural grass-roots social governance..Key words: rural society;grass-roots governance;"Fengqiao experience";governance strategy.This paper takes the rural areas of Meishan island in Zhejiang Province as the research object,studies the rural grassroots governance from the theoretical and practical levels,summarizes the practice and effectiveness of "Fengqiao Experience" embedded in the rural grassroots governance of Meishan Island,and analyzes the existing problems and causes of the grassroots social governance of Meishan Island,This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote and improve the rural grassroots social governance in Meishan island. |
