| With the acceleration of China’s modernization,profound changes are taking place in our social structure and social contradictions.The 19 th CPC National Congress clearly proposed that under the premise of the leadership of the party committee and the responsibility of the government,we should strive to create a social governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing,fully stimulate the vitality of social organizations,give full play to the role of social organizations,and realize government governance and social regulation.guide and support the professional development of social organizations.At the present stage,the construction of social organization in our country gradually rises the trend of "small government" and "big society" in the process of continuous promotion.Based on the current situation of development in our country,social organizations have different paths and modes in their emergence,development and operation.Based on the analysis of three social organization cultivation institutions,namely,Chengdu Guanghua Social work Service Center,Chengdu Public Welfare Organization Service Park and Chengdu Enpai Public Welfare Development Center,this paper obtains their corresponding cultivation models of government-oriented social organizations,government-society-oriented social organizations,and social-oriented social organizations under the guidance of the theory of resource dependence.This paper explores the dependence of social organizations on government resources,social resources and human resource under these three modes,and makes a comparative analysis of the three modes.This paper uses the method of combination of literature and interview.By consulting and analyzing the relevant literature and periodicals,absorbing and summarizing the previous research results,it is found that the current research is insufficient and continue to explore the problems.Through the interview and investigation of the staff of Chengdu Guanghua Social work Service Center,Chengdu Public Welfare Organization Service Park and Chengdu Enpai Public Welfare Development Center,we have obtained a lot of first-hand information and combed the current experience and effectiveness of the cultivation of social organizations.this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the development and cultivation of social organizations.This paper argues that China’s social organizations are still in the primary stage,and at present,the government still plays a leading role in the cultivation of social organizations,and it is difficult for the government to transfer certain management authority to social organizations.China’s social organizations should follow the development path of resource dependence theory,let the government invest more resources and integrate multi-resources to support and encourage the cultivation and development of social organizations. |
