Study On The Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of Urban And Rural Community Governance Level In China

The community is both the elemental unit of society and the foundation for social governance innovation,and the community governance level has an impact on the overall social governance.In theoretical research of community governance,the research direction turns from theoretical interpretation to empirical studies.In practice,as new era of building Socialism with Chinese Characteristics comes along,the new demands to urban and rural community governance were raised by our government as well.At present,some problems still exist in community governance today,especially in function exertion,the carrier of content,mechanism and channel,and so on.In accordance with urban and rural community governance level,the investigation and evaluation should be conducted and corresponding counter measures and suggestions offered.It is of great practical significance not only to enrich the study of application of community governance theory,but also to promote the reform of urban and rural community governance level in China.According to the related theory of community governance and based on the survey data,the author has conducted dimensional analysis on differences of urban and rural community governance level through the design of evaluation index system of related results in China,and many measures to enhance the community governance level such as improving the governance system and comprehensive service capacity have been proposed.The potential improvement of the survey is the combination of quantitative and qualitative study,starting from the data analysis,and guided by the display problem,trying to provide a useful supplement for the empirical research of urban and rural community governance in China,and a reference for the practice of urban and rural community governance in China.
