Study On Optimization Of Community Grid Management In Mudan District,Heze City

The report of the 20th Party Congress points out,"Improve the governance system of urban and rural communities,and timely resolve conflicts and disputes at the grassroots level and in the bud." With the development of economy and society,community grid-based management has become the main means of grassroots social governance at present.Although Mudan District in Heze City has achieved the results of more sound community service functions,improved resident satisfaction and enhanced community governance effectiveness in terms of community grid-based management,many problems still exist in the specific operation process.Therefore,the optimisation of grid-based community management can address the diverse needs and personalised development of community residents in a more timely and accurate manner,and provide comprehensive services to community residents in a more targeted manner,thereby enhancing the well-being and satisfaction of community residents and promoting the harmonious and stable development of society.This paper selects Mudan District of Heze City in Shandong Province as the target of research,and takes the operation of community grid-based management in Mudan District of Heze City as the research object.By defining the basic concepts of community grid,grid-based management and community grid-based management,and with the help of the theoretical bases such as the theory of fine management,the theory of seamless government management and the theory of community governance,and using literature research method,survey research method,comparative analysis method and case The current situation of community grid management in Mudan District of Heze City is explained,and the problems and causes in the process of community grid management are analyzed in depth.The problems mainly include the lack of implementation of grid management policies,the lack of motivation of the grid management team,the lack of participation of multiple subjects and the imperfect construction of the wisdom platform.The reasons for these problems are that the grid management policies do not match the current situation,the deficiencies in the management of the grid team,the inadequate guarantee mechanism of grid management and the single application of the wisdom platform.After learning from the experiences of "Beijing Dongcheng District","Shanghai Changning District","Hubei Yichang City" and "Zhoushan City,Zhejiang Province",it is proposed to strengthen policies and practices.After learning from the experiences of "Beijing Dongcheng District","Shanghai Changning District","Hubei Yichang City" and "Zhejiang Zhoushan City",countermeasures are proposed to strengthen policy implementation,optimize the structure of the grid governance team,improve the guarantee mechanism and perfect the operation mechanism of the wisdom platform.This paper takes the optimisation of community grid management as its research theme.Unlike most of the current relevant studies on the topic of community grid management,this paper focuses on the optimisation of the original community grid management,so that the community grid management can provide more diversified,quality and efficient services to the residents in the grid,and further improve the effectiveness and level of service management of the grassroots government,thus providing new ideas for the This will provide new ideas for the grid-based management of urban communities in less economically developed areas.
