The poverty alleviation and relocation project in the ex situ is a large-scale immigration activity that the government intervenes in the gradual history,and it is an important change in the “five divisions”.Transform the in-depth implementation of poverty alleviation and relocation work,and gradually enter a new stage focusing on follow-up support.In 2019,the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security,the National Development and Reform Commission,the Ministry of Finance,and the National Poverty Alleviation Office The key employment assistance in the Notice of Support Work is the top priority of the follow-up support work.The employment pressure of relocated farmers in Guizhou Province is very prominent,and the objective evaluation of the employability of relocated households provides an objective basis for the improvement of relocated farmers ’employability.It is an important prerequisite for job assistance.This paper sorts out the relevant literature research on the evaluation of the employment ability of the poverty-stricken and relocated farmers in ex-situ.Based on the Fugate employment capacity framework,it collects relevant data on the employment ability of the poverty-stricken and relocated farmers in the relevant fields,and selects indicators through exploratory factor analysis.Two methods,component analysis and analytic hierarchy,are used to empower the index system to construct an index system for the employment ability of farmers in poverty-stricken and relocated households in Guizhou Province.Using the index system to evaluate the employability of the poverty-stricken and relocated farmers in Guizhou Province,it is concluded that the employability of the poverty-stricken and relocated farmers in Guizhou Province is 2.2876 points(total score of 5 points),which is at a weak level.Through the analysis of the evaluation results,it is found that the reasons for the low employability of the relocated farmers in Guizhou Province are the low education level and the lack of labor skills in the human capital of the relocated farmers.This leads to a low stock of human capital;the narrow scope of social interaction leads to poor social capital;The inadequate management style of employers leads to low adaptability of individuals;the unclear direction of employment and the dissatisfaction with current job income lead to low employment recognition;the lack of initiative in obtaining employment information leads to low information literacy.Through the above analysis,from the perspective of the responsible government,the government’s countermeasures to improve the employability of relocated farmers are proposed: improve employment training policies and enhance farmers’ human capital;expand farmers’ social scope and increase social capital investment;strengthen psychological education and improve farmers’ adaptability;Strengthen the guidance of employment planning and enhance the employment recognition of farmers;improve the employment information release system and enhance the information literacy of farmers.
