Study On The Governance Of Abnormal Petitions In H City

Petition is an effective way for citizens to safeguard their rights and interests.It also serves as a bridge between the government and the masses.Maintaining a healthy order of letters and visits and dealing with the issue of abnormal petitions are the current focus of government work and academic research.City H is in the stage of accelerating transformation and development,and various social contradictions and disputes are highlighted.The abnormal petition problems caused by this have brought work burden and pressure to the relevant departments of the city government ’s petition,and indirectly affected the normal petition work..As the capital city of Heilongjiang Province,the development process of City H is of exemplary significance.The problems related to non-visiting during the transformation and development of City H are also problems that other cities in the province will face in the future.How to improve the problems of non-visiting governance work in H city,and form a good non-visiting governance mechanism and petition environment is a representative research topic.This paper takes H city as the research object,adopts the literature research method,empirical research method,questionnaire survey method and regression analysis method to study the governance problem of abnormal petition in H city.First of all,it will elaborate on the abnormal petition and governance status of H city,and make statistics on relevant data.Secondly,according to the current status of abnormal petition governance in H city,combined with the questionnaire survey on the work of related staff,reveal and analyze the problems in the abnormal petition governance of H city;again,use regression analysis to key to the abnormal petition governance of H city Influencing factors,exploring the entry point of non-visiting governance in H city;Finally,starting from the key influencing factors,aiming at the problems of irregular petition governance in H city,we try to construct a non-visiting governance plan in H city from the perspective of public management Safeguards.Through the research of the thesis,we hope to provide reference for non-visiting governance in H city and other areas with similar development in China.
