In recent years,with the development of new media technology,network has gradually become an increasingly important way of communication.Government agencies also keep up with the pace of the times to constantly reflect and explore new media communication mode,with the help of various new media platforms,innovative and diversified forms of communication for ideological communication.In recent years,the Communist Youth League has followed the trend of the times,not only to establish its own official website to propagate the information of the party and the league,but also to set up numerous official account numbers.Meanwhile,the phenomenon of youth’s catching up is becoming more and more common in modern society.This paper wants to establish the connection between official account and star catching phenomenon.Through the network dynamic observation method and semi structured online interview,we choose the We Chat public number of the Communist Youth League Central Committee and microblog’s "Movie and TV Star" Article.This paper collate the content of the article,the comments and interviews,and studies the characteristics of the official account of the central public figure of the Communist Youth League,the attitude and value orientation of the audience to the analogy and the reasons for different reactions.Through network observation,we find that first,the release of the movie stars category of the central official account of the Communist Youth League is instantaneous,unfixed,selective and value oriented.The contents released include patriotic events related to movie stars,promotion of traditional culture by movie stars,recommendation of movie stars with positive energy,promotion activities or festivals by movie stars and social hot issues related to movie stars.The published article have certain value orientation,including political guidance,promoting patriotism;strengthening the power of role models,transmitting positive energy;building spiritual civilization,promoting excellent traditional culture;leading readers to distinguish right from wrong,and firmly stand before big right and big wrong;and playing the role of idols,driving fans to progress.Secondly,the official account of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League will attract more readers to read and comment on the star effect.The audience’s attitude towards the movie stars and article is different,including support,questioning,debate,publication,suggestion,expression of emotion,and action.But in general,the response of the audience is positive.Thirdly,the response of audiences is a combination of many factors.Some of the responses come from the movie stars themselves mentioned in the article,and some of the responses come from the reflection of the incident,and some of the responses came from the guidance of the central official account of the Communist Youth League.Finally,through the comments and interviews,it is found that the official account of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League has a certain value guidance function to the audiences.According to the findings of this study,the following suggestions are made: first,the central official account of the Communist Youth League should strengthen interaction with the audience.Second,the content of article should pay more attention to the transmission of values.Third,we should focus on people’s wisdom and actively adopt the effective suggestions put forward by netizens.Fourth,Guide the correct values in time in view of the bad comments on the Internet.
