| The CPC Central Committee’s decision on promoting rural reform and development puts forward the following:"Building a contingent of rural village cadres who adhere to their beliefs,stress dedication,have skills,and attach importance to their conduct is of vital importance to the success of rural work." Rural village cadres are leaders and leaders of various rural undertakings and the backbone of building new rural areas.Strengthening the construction of rural village cadres is a strategic and significant task,which directly affects whether the rural areas can get rid of poverty,is the key to solve the problem of "agriculture,countryside and farmers",and is also a major task facing the construction of beautiful villages.However,in the actual situation of the construction of village cadres,there are still many problems such as unreasonable age structure of village cadres,low comprehensive quality,poor transparency in the openness of village affairs,difficulties in the selection system,and inadequate supervision.Evaluation of incentives and constraints are not in place and other issues.This paper takes Beish-Aizhk town as an example,through the way of questionnaire survey to the village cadres and villagers,and contacted the village cadres to conduct one-to-one interviews,the actual data obtained will be in-depth analysis.Understand the problems in the construction of village cadres in the town of Beishaizhk.According to the analysis of the statistical data,only 16%of the cadres in the village of Beishaizhk are between 1 8-30 years old,and the cadres aged 40 or older account for 57%of the total age of the village cadres.Larger,younger reserve cadres have insufficient savings,the overall age structure is not balanced,and it is easy to break in the follow-up of cadres;overall,the proportion of junior high school or below is 72%,and the low-education group accounts for the overall cadre of the village.Two-thirds.Then combining with the relevant theories,the paper puts forward the corresponding measures for the construction of village cadres in the town of Beshaizhk.Five countermeasures and suggestions:optimize the structure of village cadres,widen the selection channels;improve the quality of cadres,improve the mechanism of education and training;strengthen the supervision and management of village cadres;improve the examination mechanism and incentive system;improve training methods. |
