With the development of The Times and the emergence of new media,people can participate in the supervision of judicial work through online media,and use new media to express their opinions and opinions.Along with the spread of new media,a lot of judicial cases received the widespread attention of people,people through the network evaluation and discussion,the case for some of the judicial work caused the essential influence public opinion.With public opinion,is certainly a plus or minus two sides,the positive influence to better and more effective to help the work of judicial organs,but because of the network public opinion has a certain freedom,lose the authenticity of some public opinion,if adverse,rumors once scattered must have certain influence to the society.Public opinion represents the voice of the people,the justice department must give attention,therefore,the pur:pose of this study is that the relative freedom of speech,social contradictions among increasingly intense social background,how to through certain methods and means,guide people positive comments,effective Suggestions and opinions in judicial work,and give full play to their supervisory function.In this paper under the new media era of network public opinion situation especially the negative public opinion as the center,carried out research,this paper discusses the causes of the law-related public opinion and network comments on the influence of judicial work,for the new media,network public opinion and judicial opinion is analyzed.In this paper,the author analyzes the two specific judicial cases in the case of "disgrace"and"yaojiaxin case",and studies the influence of public opinion on judicial work.From this,we can get the correct treatment method and effective measures of the judicial authorities to deal with the Internet public opinion,so as to solve the negative public opinion.Contemporary society,and the rapid development of information technology,the network public opinion has a very wide range of coverage,the working process of the judicial authority is almost a full transparency,full and open to the general public,at any time are likely to become the hot topic of discussion.Due to the spread of the network information quickly and has a certain influence on judicial work,make this a judicial authority for a new challenge,but it also is helpful to improve the self judicial organs.Therefore,how to deal with the public opinion is a direction of this research.
