| Under the circumstances of more complex international environment,deepening reform,continuous improvement of public opinion literacy of government and enterprises,and increasing attention paid by the party and the state to the construction of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics,with the rapid development of big data,artificial intelligence,5g and other technologies,as well as the transformation of public opinion environment,the bottleneck period of online and offline interconnection and the booming public opinion industry is the public opinion industry The reality of the situation.In the new media environment,how to deal with the public opinion crisis of public emergencies,using some effective methods to avoid falling into a passive situation,is a huge challenge for the government to deal with public opinion.This study takes the Internet public opinion crisis as the theme,through reading a large number of literature,on the basis of absorbing and learning from the existing research results,around the theme of Internet public opinion response methods,this paper studies the case of the government’s response to the Internet public opinion crisis of public emergencies The case study method puts forward the methods and strategies for the government to deal with the network public opinion crisis of public emergencies.According to the ideas of raising,analyzing and solving problems,this paper first analyzes the characteristics of the current public opinion crisis,discusses the common points and typical characteristics of network public opinion,and summarizes them.Then,two typical cases are selected to analyze and compare the causes and development of the network public opinion crisis,and the measures and results taken in the process of solving the crisis are analyzed and compared.Through the case analysis,the problems in the process of public opinion crisis disposal and the causes of the problems are obtained,and the corresponding suggestions are put forward,which will ultimately help to improve the government’s ability to deal with the network public opinion crisis. |
