The Sustainable Research Of The Mutual Community Support Of Time Bank "Time Bank"

At present,China faces a problem: an aging population.And the aging trend of China has been seriously little by little,the aging population has more than 200 million.In the late 1990 s,along with the aging of the population increasing and the increase of elderly aging population in community,some communities in China began to pilot this friendly,low cost and efficient mode of the mutual community support.The regional development strategies and system designs are also different from communities throughout China.To some extent,this method can ease the pension pressure of communities.With the development of “Time Bank”,it also exposed some problems which seriously affect and hinder the sustainable development of the “Time Bank”.This paper mainly researches the sustainable development of the “Time Bank” from a few aspects as follows: firstly,in order to reflect the possibility of researching the sustainable development of the “Time Bank”,the paper combs the relevant document and literature.And the paper uses literature research,questionnaire survey method,principal component analysis method and so on.Then the paper bases the theories of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,social exchange theory and so on,and states the necessity and feasibility of researching the sustainable development of the “Time Bank”,and then this paper combs the current development of the “Time Bank”,and concludes the experience of foreign development of the “Time Bank”.Secondly,it is the investigation and study of the sustainable development of the “Time Bank”,and the paper designs the questionnaire about the sustainable development of the “Time Bank”,then researchs and collects the questionnaires and descriptives statistical analysis and draws the conclusion.Thirdly,according the conclusions and combines with the mathematical model,analysis the influence factors of the sustainable development of the “Time Bank” to find the main factors of its developments.At last,based on the conclusion of the analysis,and combines the current situation of the development of the “Time Bank” at present,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestionsof the sustainable development of “Time Bank”.The paper researchs the sustainable development of the “Time Bank”,considers that the “Time Bank” as a supplement of community endowment,maybe attracts a wide spread attention,and certainly will bear an important role in dealing with the aging problem.The sustainable development of the“Time Bank” needs financial support from the government.At the same time,it needs the support of community and voluntary organizations to make sure the sustainable development of the “Time Bank”.
