The Empirical Study On Evaluation Of Geriatric Care Service In Shanghai

With the deepening of aging and increasing population disability,the contradiction between supply and demand of resources for the elderly care service is increasing day by day,and the scarcity of resources for the care of the elderly has made people pay more attention to the evaluation.As the city with the highest aging in China,Shanghai has established an operational evaluation system for the aged care service,which can promote the scientific management of the elderly care service,meet the nursing service needs of disabled elderly people and promote the development of the elderly care service.The service provider standardizes the operation flow of the nursing service,and provides the basis for the government to supervise and manage the care service.It is conducive to the development of the socialization and specialization of the evaluation of the aged care service,the formation of a social fair mechanism,the integration and allocation of service resources by the government,and the improvement of the operational efficiency and service quality of the elderly care service organizations.It is of great significance to perfect the overall goal of the "five in one" social pension service system,such as the system of providing for the aged,the guarantee system,the policy support system,the evaluation system and the industry supervision system.The paper is divided into seven parts,namely introduction,concept definition and theoretical basis,evaluation mechanism design,evaluation index system construction,empirical analysis,countermeasures and conclusions.Based on the SERVQUAL model and scale,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the elderly care service,and uses the AHP method to carry on the weight calculation to the evaluation index system,taking the elderly disabled as the research object and the elderly care service as the research center.Based on the evaluation system of the aged care and evaluation,this paper analyzes the three stages of service development in the formation,transmission and reception of the elderly care service.Through the theoretical and empirical research data analysis,it explores how to optimize the aging care service evaluation mechanism and the aging Improve the quality of care for the elderly.Finally,according to the results of empirical investigation and analysis,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the service quality of elderly care in Shanghai from the reliability,guarantee and empathy of SERVQUAL model.The reliability dimension is the improvement of the old-age care service software facilities,including multi-channel raising of service guarantee funds and multi-sector coordination to implement the preferential policies of supporting institutions;the standardization of the assurance dimension and the process of the elderly care service,including the promotion of specialized nursing teams;The empathy dimension strengthens the humanistic care of the elderly care service,including comprehending the elderly and providing spiritual comfort,and improving the satisfaction of the elderly with respect to the quality of care for the aged by building up and providing individualized services to meet the diversified needs of the elderly.
