Research On The Evaluation Of Community Elderly Care Service Quality

Community elderly care services are led by the government and supported by the community,closely linking individuals,families,and communities to provide socialized elderly care services such as rehabilitation care and family care for the elderly,disabled or semi-disabled in the community.In the context of an aging population,community care services for the elderly have become the choice of many elderly care services.As a result,the demand for community elderly care services continues to increase.At the same time,the quality of community elderly care services is directly related to the quality of life of the elderly in their later years and their own health.Therefore,evaluating the quality of community elderly care services is the key to improving community elderly care services.The thesis uses literature review,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis methods to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the quality of community elderly care services in Nanjing.Through literature review,the domestic and foreign research results on the quality of community elderly care services are sorted and summarized;with the theoretical support of community care theory,demand hierarchy theory,and welfare pluralism,from the model construction of community elderly care service quality,community elderly care services The research is conducted in four aspects: quality evaluation analysis,influencing factors of community elderly care service quality,and countermeasures to improve the quality of social elderly care service.The thesis consists of seven chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance,presents the research results at home and abroad,and explains the research content and methods of the thesis.The second chapter explains the basic connotation,theoretical basis and model methods of community elderly care services.The third chapter introduces the composition of the community elderly care service system,analyzes the heterogeneity and necessity of community elderly care services,and constructs the theoretical model and index system of community elderly care services;the fourth chapter uses empirical research to analyze the community elderly care services in Nanjing.Exploring and analyzing different content and different dimensions;Chapter 5 deeply studies the influencing factors of the quality of community elderly care services in Nanjing and explains the problems caused by them;Chapter 6 proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of community elderly care services,Chapter 7 The research results of the paper are summarized and prospected.The study found that the quality of community elderly care services mainly involves problems such as imperfect community elderly care service system,unstable service staff and low quality of personnel;irregular elderly care services;insufficient government support.In response to the above results,policy recommendations for improving the quality of community elderly care services are put forward: First,improve the community elderly care service system to improve service quality;secondly,strengthen the construction of nursing personnel,establish incentive mechanisms,improve the quality of nursing staff,and ensure the professionalism of nursing services;establish elderly care The evaluation and assessment system provides standardized services;finally,increased government investment and efforts to improve community elderly care service satisfaction.
