Study On The Evaluation Of Long-Term Care Sevice Quality Of Wuxi Private Elderly Care Institutions

China has came into aging society deeply,social endowment pressure is continuous growing.In the light of United Nations definitions about population aging criterion,Jiangsu Province has gotten into a deep population aging society,and the aging situation of Wuxi City in southern Jiangsu is also quite severe.At present,more and more old man and woman need to live out theirs’ life in retirement at elderly care institutions.But long-term care services professional level is not good enough.How to augment the elderly care institutions growth and enhance long-term care services quality have become the focus of the whole society.Private elderly care institutions have developed faster and faster with the positive support from public policies.The long-term care services quality in private elderly care institutions has respect to the old man or woman’s living level in their declining years.and affect the aftertime development of private elderly care institutions.Therefore,it has Important significance to appraise the long-term care service quality of private elderly care institutions.This paper’s main research content is the long-term care service quality about Wuxi private elderly care institutions.And make use of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,customer satisfaction theory and service quality perception theory as theoretical principle.On this basis to evaluate long-term care services quality in private elderly care institutions.By dint of SERVQUAL model,five dimensions evaluation indicators of tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,assurance and empathy has been constructed.Using analytic hierarchy process to give weights to indicators.Then,issue a questionnaire in Wuxi private elderly care institutions to gain the elderlys’ long-term care services quality information.Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to appraise Wuxi private elderly care institutions service quality.And find out the existing problems and reasons,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to improve long-term care services quality.Through the evaluation of the long-term care service quality of Wuxi private elderly institutions,it can be known:The elderly are generally satisfied with the long-term care services,and the quality evaluation mainly focuses on very satisfied,relatively satisfied and average.We can find that has obvious differences in different dimensions of long-term care service quality.The evaluation of the three dimensions of tangibility,responsiveness,and assurance is high,while the evaluation of the dimensions of reliability and empathy is low.According to the research results,give some countermeasures and suggestions to enhance long-term care services quality.We can heighten the medical care services in elderly care institutions;Take spiritual comfort service in elderly care institutions seriously;Improve long-term care services hommization;Enhance elderly care institutions nursing staff’s training system;reinforce elderly care institutions internal and external intendance and management.I wish it can improve Wuxi private elderly care institutions’ long-term care service quality.And also can promote Wuxi and the whole country elderly care institutions’ long-term care services development.
