| Along with the continuous transformation of China’s social economy,the functional transformation of government agencies is also proceeding in an orderly manner.With the phenomenon of "government failure" appearing in many countries,the Chinese government has realized that it needs the need to adjust the social role of the government to meet the needs of the development of new productive forces.At present,our government function is in an excessive period of transition from"management" to "service-oriented".As a main part of the government functions of combating crime and providing social public service,in the process of government form from "management" to "service" transformation,explore to improve the quality of the public security organ law enforcement service,can effectively enhance the government service efficiency,improve public satisfaction,reduce social contradictions,reduce the public security pressure,therefore,in Zhengzhou "public opinion 110" police service platform as an example,try to explore the police service quality evaluation based on SERVQUAL model.This paper relies on Zhengzhou"public opinion 110" alert service platform,with Zhengzhou police service quality evaluation system as the research object,first to the service quality,service police development and public security "public opinion 110" literature review and review,and then on the theory of service government,mainly including government failure,new public service and citizen priority theory,and introduces the service quality evaluation method used in this paper.The corresponding index is established through the SERVQUAL model,and through the interview with the police experts and other relevant interest groups,the factors suitable for the police service quality evaluation are selected,and the index evaluation system is prelimry constructed.After conducting the pre-research and correction,Zhengzhou city "public opinion 110" police service quality evaluation survey questionnaire,Then select the research objects... |
