| Communities can break through the inherent constraints of time and space,promote the connection and communication of elements,and effectively integrate all kinds of elderly care resources,such as medical care,nursing care and so on,so as to accurately guarantee the needs of elderly care services.Relying on community advantages to build community home care can effectively cope with the aging problem,make up for the lack of family care.The evaluation of the quality of community home care service is a key link to improve the quality of care service,among which,the elderly as the service object,the evaluation of service results is an important basis to guide the quality improvement.The evaluation and improvement of the quality of community home-based care service can accurately answer how to improve the quality of care service by taking the satisfaction of the elderly as the basic guidance.Nanchang is a representative provincial capital city in central China.The research on the quality of community home care service in Nanchang is beneficial to enrich the research results of community home care service and provide local experience for the development of community home care service.In this thesis,the content of community home care service in Nanchang city is divided into life care service,medical care service and spiritual comfort service.The SERVQUAL model was selected to design the quality evaluation scale of Nanchang community home care service from five dimensions.Questionnaire survey and interview were used to investigate the quality of community home care service in Nanchang.After exploratory factor analysis of the data obtained from the survey,it was found that the common factors affecting the evaluation of the quality of community home care service in Nanchang were life care factor,spiritual comfort factor and medical care factor from large to small.Whether the elderly feel comfortable when providing life care services has the greatest impact on life care factors.Whether community service personnel actively organize spiritual comfort activities has the greatest influence on spiritual comfort factors.The professionalism of nursing staff has the greatest influence on medical nursing factors.By calculating the factor weighted total score,it can be concluded that most of the old people’s evaluation on the quality of Nanchang community home care service is higher than the average level,but there is still a great space for improvement.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the data and other data,it is concluded that the quality of community home care service in Nanchang city still has the following weak links: first,the number of service personnel is insufficient,and the number of old people that one service personnel needs to take care of is too many.Second,the elderly’s evaluation of the quality of spiritual comfort services is affected by the inadequate publicity and unreasonable choice of activity time.Third,medical resources and pension resources have not been effectively integrated.Fourth,the source of capital and human resources is single,and social resources are not fully utilized.Based on the current situation of Nanchang community home care service and the development experience of other excellent regions and countries,this thesis puts forward the following countermeasures to improve the quality and efficiency of Nanchang community home care service: first,strengthen the construction of service personnel;Second,pay attention to the spiritual needs of the elderly;Third,we will accelerate the integrated development of medical and elderly care.Fourth,the role and responsibility of the government should be clearly defined.Fifth,we will encourage diverse subjects to participate in community home-based elderly care services. |
