| Since the new century,network literature has emerged and overwhelmingly developed,while Xianxia novels,as an important branch of network literature,have received a great deal of attention from various fields.What’s more,many studies and exploration on Xianxia novels,increasingly rise of online platforms and increasing spreading channels,all lay solid foundations for the wide spread of Xianxia novels,and provide channels and soil for the development of Xianxia novels.Among popular novels,Xianxia novels are also a special branch,which not only inherit classical traditional culture,but also integrate with modern elements and absorb western magic culture.Xianxia novels with eastern characteristics are finally formed and popular for a time.This paper is a communication study of Xianxia novels from the new century.Firstly,it gives an overview of the research background and current situation of Xianxia novels,as well as their definition,origin,changes and genres.Xianxia novels are originated from ancient legends,Tang legends and so on,and have gone through many stages of development to now.Secondly,it analyzes the textual narration and textual features of Xianxia novels.Xianxia novels are unique among novels of various themes and popular with readers,in that readers have a high acceptance of the background that they inherit traditional culture,unconstrained imagination motivates people’s perception and cognition,and they satisfy readers’ emotional identification and needs.Moreover,the paper focuses on discussing the communication forms and objects of Xianxia novels.The wide spread of Xianxia novels in the market is because of the charm of novels themselves and the commercialized operation model.In addition,the appearance of mobile phones speeds up the spread,film and television adaption further attracts more audiences for Xianxia novels,all of which promote the wide spread of Xianxia novels.Finally,it analyzes the bottleneck of spreading Xianxia novels and explores their future development.It thinks that Xianxia novels should explore their own connotations to awaken the emotional experiences of readers rather than being trapped by patterns and convention. |
