With the development of Aging-Population and the diversified development trend of the elderly’s pension needs,more and more elderly people put forward the demand for cultural endowment;but now,the supply of cultural endowment service in China is unbalanced and inadequate,which affects the supply quality of cultural endowment service to a certain extent,and the community as a cultural endowment service.As an important field and main supplier of cultural endowment service,community plays an increasingly important role in the supply of cultural endowment service.Taking x community in Changchun City as an example,this paper comprehensively uses the methods of literature and interview to carry out the investigation and research,describes the service source,service content,service subject and service path of cultural elderly care service in X community in Changchun City,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of community cultural elderly care service.Finally,starting from the problems,this paper puts forward the effective countermeasures to optimize the supply of cultural elderly care services,and constructs a universal supply mode of community cultural elderly care services,so as to help the benign operation and long-term development of X community cultural elderly care services in Changchun.The supply of cultural elderly care service in X community of Changchun City is based on its micro governance framework.Through the community public opinion collection and feedback mechanism,we can fully control the elderly’s cultural elderly care demand,provide cultural learning,literature and art training,physical training,social participation and other services for the elderly in the community,and actively introduce social organization forces into the actual supply The development of multi-agent supply mode has been affirmed and recognized by the community residents.However,because the community is at the end of social governance and not directly under the government’s administrative service system,it leads to a series of problems such as the lack of financial support and professional talents in the community.In addition,the development cycle of cultural endowment service in China is relatively short,and there is a lack of reference theories and cases,which makes x community in Changchun City have different forms of service content in the process of cultural endowment service supply There are many problems,such as simplification,lack of external contact channels,imperfect system construction and so on.Therefore,this paper puts forward diversified optimization suggestions from the government,community,social organizations,elderly groups and other aspects,constructs the supply mode of cultural elderly care service in X community of Changchun City,and forms a micro governance operation framework relying on the "three-level linkage" of X community of Changchun City,with the help of the "two-way communication" public opinion collection feedback system,taking the elderly cultural elderly care service demand as the core In order to provide rich and diverse cultural endowment service supply mode for the elderly,it is necessary to change its own supply role,attract multiple subjects to participate in the supply of cultural endowment service.Through the framework of community cultural endowment service supply mode,this paper hopes to provide experience for other grassroots communities,improve the supply level of community cultural endowment service,meet the diverse cultural endowment needs of the elderly,alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of current cultural endowment service,and promote the development of social cultural endowment service.
