Research purpose:To compare and analyze the effects of "5E" teaching mode and existing teaching mode on students in the optional courses of public sports dance in colleges and universities.After the end of the experiment,the experimental group and the control group students in physical fitness,sports dance basic skills,sports learning interest and physical education independent learning ability of the actual effects.Research methods: Two classes were randomly selected as research samples from the optional public sports dance course of Fuyang Normal University.In the preparation stage of the experiment,a multi-level analysis was conducted on the above survey samples to ensure that there were no significant differences in the physical quality,basic skills of sports dance,interest in sports learning and independent learning ability of the selected research samples before the experiment.In the specific research according to the reality of the students’ physical quality(strength quality,speed quality,agility quality,flexibility quality,endurance quality),sports dance basic technology(technical quality,music application,routine and performance display),sports learning interest(enthusiasm,negativity,skill learning,extracurricular activities,sports attention)and sports independent learning ability(learning movement Computer,learning process,learning results,learning environment)index level fluctuations are compared and analyzed.Research results:(1)Based on the sports dance class under the "5E" teaching mode,there were statistically significant differences in the physical fitness of students in the experimental group compared with the control group after the experiment,the p value of flexibility and agility was less than 0.05,endurance quality,speed quality and strength quality also had a certain extent of improvement,but the overall improvement was not significant.(2)In terms of improving the basic skills of sports dance with "5E" teaching mode,statistical analysis shows that after a period of teaching,the P value of the two teaching groups is lower than 0.05,which means that there is a significant difference between them.(3)The "5E" teaching mode is obvious in stimulating students’ interest in sports learning and independent learning ability.Through statistical analysis,it is found that after a period of teaching,the P value between the two groups is lower than 0.05,and the difference is significant.Conclusions:(1)The application of "5E" teaching mode in sports dance class can greatly improve students’ flexibility and agility,but little improve their endurance,strength and speed.(2)The "5E" teaching mode plays a certain role in improving the basic skills of sports dance.(3)The "5E" teaching model greatly improves students’ interest in sports learning.(4)"5E" teaching mode is obvious to improve students’ independent learning ability in sports.2.Suggestions:(1)When using this teaching mode,it is necessary to flexibly use the teaching process according to the actual situation.(2)When using the "5E" teaching mode,we can make full use of the online learning platform,carefully prepare lessons,conscientiously attend classes and patiently answer questions after class.(3)On the premise of ensuring that the characteristics and advantages of the existing teaching model are highlighted,we should attach importance to the rational application of "5E" teaching model combined with the actual situation of students,so as to realize the coordination and unification of the two.(4)In the teaching practice based on the "5E" teaching mode,the advantages of various evaluation subjects should be highlighted,and the cultivation and improvement of students’ discipline literacy and ability should be realized based on the evaluation results. |
