Blockchain technology has made outstanding contributions to social development,but also generated a lot of ethical risks.Exploring the ethical risks of blockchain technology and its countermeasures will help people actively deal with the advantages and disadvantages of blockchain development,which will not only contribute to the continuous progress of blockchain technology,but also contribute to the comprehensive and sustainable development of human society.This paper discusses the applicati-on of blockchain technology and ethical risks by means of literature research and systematic research.Firstly,the paper discusses the blockchain technology and its Application.Combing the development history of blockchain technology,basic models and key technologies of blockchain,application scenarios of blockchain,bitcoin based on blockchain,and smart contracts in blockchain.Then,it discusses the main ethical risks and their causes of blockchain technology.The external manifestations of blockch-ain technology ethics risk mainly include safety ethics risk,responsibility ethics risk and supervision ethics risk.Among them,the security risks of blockchain technology are mainly information security risks and system security risks.The privacy protection risks of blockchain technology can be analyzed from network layer,transaction layer and application layer.The ethical risks of blockchain technology mainly include unclear blockchain members and boundaries,difficult identification of blockchain participants,vague definition of rights and obligations between nodes,difficult identification of blockchain governance structure,and conflicts between decentralized design and centralized control of blockchain.The ethical risks of blockchain supervision are mainly the ethical risks of "coin-free blockchain",the lack of qualitative regulation of virtual currency,ICO regulatory risks,the concept of "securities" and regulatory limitations.The ethical risks of blockchain technology are mainly due to the limitations of blockchain technology,the lack of public literacy,the weakness of ethical constraints,the lag of institutional system and the lack of supervision and management.Finally,it puts forward the strategies to resolve the ethical risks of blockchain technology.From a technical perspective,it is necessary to strengthen the international cooperation of blockchain technology,enhance the philosophical thinking of blockchain development,and maintain the good ecology of blockchain development.
