Hunan local novels have strong plots and are mostly drawn from the daily life scenes of the people in the border villages.They are full of times and regional characteristics,full of realism and sense of picture,and are combined with comic strips that have both literary narrative and artistic space.The creative conditions and aesthetic requirements are inherently consistent,so there is a possibility of communication between the Hunan native novels and comic strips.Based on this condition,this article discusses the similarities and differences between Hunan rural novels and their adapted comics from the perspective of "aesthetic construction",according to text interpretation,combined with composition techniques,painting expression techniques,iconography,and fine arts And other theories,specifically analyze the process of the interpretation and conversion of the comic strip to the description of the Huxiang customs.The article is divided into four main chapters.The introduction mainly describes the background and innovative significance of the topic.The first chapter uses analysis and induction to discuss the general situation of the comic adaptation of Hunan local novels.Firstly,it briefly combs the development of Hunan native novels in the 20 th century;then discusses the commonality of Hunan folk novels and comics in the three aspects of "creative material","narrative method" and "aesthetic orientation" to reach a conclusion about the feasibility of adaptation.Then,the current situation of the adaptation of comic strips in Hunan rural novels is shown through a summary of the information.The second chapter uses the method of comparative reading to analyze the aesthetic creation of comic strips on the "Xiaoxiang styles" in Hunan local novels from the aspects of "scenery beauty" and "folklore beauty".The comic strips mainly adopt the painting techniques of "virtual and real"," features description" and "combination of dynamic and static" respectively to construct the layout and structure of natural environment,human landscape,and folk scenes,which reflects the unique charm of the land of Huxiang from the perspective of spatial aesthetics.The third chapter adopts the method of close reading of the text to shape the character image.The comic strip uses the expression techniques of "morphological description","contrast mapping" and "situation blending" to convey the "Huxiang spirits" embodied in the characters of the novel through expressions The comparison between the primary and secondary characters or the contrast of the surrounding environmental imagery is shown concretely,which strengthens the "beauty of human nature" contained in the local novels.The fourth chapter uses the dichotomy to examine the phenomenon of the adaptation of comic books in Hunan local novels,and objectively treats the value and limitations of comics in the adaptation of Hunan native novels,then summarizes their pros and cons.The conclusion briefly summarizes and evaluates the content of the paper,which considers contemporary development of the comic strips,including the inspiration and suggestions of visual culture in the aesthetic creation of film and television dramas,classical dramas,musicals,stage plays and other classic literary works adapted from the comic adaptation boom.The adaptation of the comic strips of Hunan’s rural novels opened up a new academic space for the study of Hunan’s rural literature in terms of secondary creation,version evolution,and acceptance aesthetics based on the conversion of pictures and texts and mutual interpretation. |
