With the continuous development of the new curriculum reform,the dominant position of students in the teaching process is becoming more and more prominent.The reform emphasizes that teachers should not only impart knowledge,but also cultivate students’ learning ability and interest.Under this background,the research aims to apply sharing teaching based on independent pre-learning to English teaching in senior high school and explore the specific teaching model to improve students’ learning ability and interest.In this teaching model,students can share their opinions and learning fruits on the basis of their independent pre-learning.At the same time,the research aims to find out problems and put forward suggestions and implications for future research.There are two research questions.First,what is the concrete pattern of the application of sharing teaching based on independent pre-learning in senior high school English teaching?Second,after the application of sharing teaching based on independent pre-learning,what are the influences on learning ability and learning interest?This research chooses the students of grade one class 14 and class 3,which contains 95 students as the research objects.This research is guided by constructivism and cone of learning theory.The author adopts the action research which concentrates on solving practical problems in senior high school English teaching.The research instruments like questionnaire and interview are adopted to collect data in the teaching process.After two rounds of action research,the conclusion can be drawn.First,the pattern of sharing teaching based on independent pre-learning includes 4 steps.They are independent pre-learning,sharing learning in groups,sharing learning among groups and question learning.Second,sharing teaching based on independent pre-learning can improve students’ learning interest and ability.Besides,it gives some enlightenment for future English teaching.First,students have adequate ability of independent pre-learning and sharing learning.A truly effective English classroom should be students-centered and give full play to students’ initiative in English learning.Second,learning interest is the best teacher and learning ability is the guarantee of continuous learning.Therefore,the improvement of students’ learning interest and ability should be the basic requirements of English classroom teaching.
