Research On The Influence Of Innovation Policy On Innovation Ability Of Xi’an Cultural Enterprises

The independent innovation ability of cultural enterprises is the guarantee for the rapid and efficient development of cultural enterprises.Apart from the perfection of the internal innovation mechanism of enterprises,it especially needs the help of the external policy environment.Therefore,it is of vital importance to study the policy effect of innovation policies on the innovation ability of enterprises.However,different types of innovation policies have different effects on the innovation capability of enterprises,which requires the government to choose appropriate policies to support them to maximize the effect of innovation policies according to the development needs of innovative enterprises.This paper firstly summarizes the relevant contents of the domestic and foreign literature on innovation policies and innovation capabilities.Based on this,literature research and interviews are used to determine the difficulties encountered by Xi’an cultural enterprises in innovation and the role and scope of application of innovation policies.Then according to the previous stage of research,taking a number of typical cultural industrial parks as sample sizes,the paper conducts a questionnaire survey on a number of enterprises.In addition,it uses correlation analysis,structural equation model and other methods to carry out statistical analysis on the relationship between variables,verifies the previous assumptions with accurate data,and finally obtains the research results of this paper.The final conclusion is as follows:the innovation policy has a significant effect on the innovation capability of enterprises.The specific impacts of the three dimensions are as follows:first,the supply policy has a significant role in promoting product innovation and service innovation capabilities,but not in process innovation;second,the demand policy only has a strong promotion effect on process innovation,and the role of service innovation capabilities is not significant;environmental policies have a certain role in promoting three types of innovation policies.Generally speaking,the government should pay more attention to demand policies to strengthen its role in promoting the innovation capacity of enterprises,while continuing to strengthen and improve the supply policy,adhere to the implementation of environmental policies,and thus strengthen its role in promoting the innovation capacity of enterprises.In addition,the government should pay more attention to the strategic,systematic and operability of policies,so as to be more conducive to enterprise development.
