| As the International Curriculum for Chinese Language Education said the overall goal of international Chinese language teaching is to equip learners with comprehensive language skills.In order that the learners can master the ability to use Chinese more quickly and effectively,colleges and universities have set up abundant courses,such as "Comprehensive Chinese","Contemporary Chinese topic","Chinese Humanities and Geography","China Overview","Appreciation of Chinese Folk Songs","Chinese Dance",etc.As one of the compulsory courses,General Situation of China,takes the introduction of China’s national conditions as the core task,providing learners with a rich cultural background and cultural environment.So that they can correctly use the basic knowledge of Chinese,at the same time,can also appropriately communicate in Chinese.Thus,it can be seen that the teaching effect of national conditions courses can greatly influence learners’ comprehensive ability to use Chinese.However,there are also many factors that can influence the teaching effect of national conditions courses,such as teachers,learners,teaching materials,teaching and learning strategies,etc.As one of the three elements of the classroom,teaching material play a very important role in teaching activities.However,when the author searched and analyzed the relevant textbooks used in the national conditions courses,it was found that the academic circle was still lacking in the specific selection of teaching contents for the national conditions courses for international students.Therefore,the research idea of this paper is as follows:This paper intends to start from the teaching materials of national conditions courses,through the use of literature analysis,comparative analysis,descriptive research and other research methods,list the relevant textbooks first,and then classify them.Choose one of the most representative textbooks in each category,focus on the analysis of the problems existing in the content selection of these textbooks.Combined with the relevant theoretical knowledge of the subject,with the idea of "what is it-the principle to follow-what stories to tell-why to tell these stories",this paper puts forward my own views for reference and arouses people’s thinking about the selection of national conditions teaching content.This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the reason for selecting this topic and the significance of the research,clarifies the research object and the methods used in the research process,defines the key words,gives an innovative explanation of the relationship between national conditions and culture,and summarizes the previous research results.The second chapter investigates the teaching contents of the national conditions courses for foreign students in China.Firstly,this paper collects and arranges the textbooks used in the course of national conditions.According to their distinguishing feature,they are divided into paper textbooks and three-dimensional textbooks.Then,a representative textbook is selected from the two categories,starting from the selection of teaching materials,the determination of the teaching object,and the presentation of teaching contents,the existing problems will be analysis.The third chapter is based on the second part,points out the principles that should be followed in the content selection of national conditions courses,including the general principles of compiling TCFL textbooks,that is,targeted,practical,scientific,interesting,systematic;At the same time,there are some special principles of content selection,namely,historical value and traditional significance,contemporary value and practical significance,Chinese characteristics and world significance,Chinese value and universal value,dialogue and mutual learning.Based on the general principles and special principles of chapter 3,chapter 4 illustrates a series of stories that can be selected as the course content.The fifth chapter is the summary of the full text from the existing problems of the content of the general situation of China textbook,the relevant principles of content selection and the shortcomings of this paper.Through the analysis and collation of the above chapters,the author hopes that she can provide certain reference value for the compilation and selection of contents for national conditions courses used by foreign students. |
