Research On Discourse Marker "Zheyang+Yi+V"

This article uses the relevant theories of linguistics to conduct a comprehensive and systematic study of the discourse marker "Zheyang+Yi+V" from a synchronic and diachronic perspective.The full text contains five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,which elaborates the research object,the research significance,the present research situation,the theoretical background and the source of the corpus.The second to fourth chapters are the main part of the thesis.Based on previous studies,it further elaborates its synchronic characteristics and pragmatic functions.In terms of semantics,the semantic relationship between the discourse marker "Zheyang+Yi+V" and the subsequent sentence is mainly divided into: causal relationship,hypothetical relationship and coherent relationship.The most prominent feature of discourse markers is the pragmatic function,which is divided into three aspects: textual cohesive function,topic marker function and subjective expression function.Diachronically explore its source,formation and evolution process,and its motivation and mechanism.The discourse marker "Zheyang+Yi+V" is developed from the non-conclusive sentence "Yi+VP" structure.After the process of grammaticalization and lexicalization,the discourse marker became mature in the Republic of China.The main reasons for its formation are high-frequency use and economy.Principles and mechanisms of evolution are metaphor,reanalysis and contextual absorption.The fifth chapter is the conclusion.It sorts out and summarizes the main conclusions involved in the article,and puts forward the shortcomings of the article.
