1996,more than twenty harp pieces have been unearthed in Xinjiang region of China,but the main research is mainly made by backward reasoning and summarization based on image data and document data,and the study of ancient musical instrument is less involved from "imitation experiment".In this paper,the current unearthed in the xinjiang region of the harp,namely hami fort five beatrice ask shire south cemetery,shanshan sea cemetery,suide and qiemo roll Mr Baruch cemetery tashikuergan gill and cob cemetery,urumqi fish darma ditch ditch cemetery,zeller county buddhist temple ruins,hotan los urayama oprah cemetery harp unearthed from the material object as the main research object,using the method of archaeological typology and imitation experiment to analyze and explore the unearthed the harp.The study of this paper tries to make a preliminary exploration of the playing and chord-tying methods of this ancient musical instrument through imitation experiments.
